26. A solar powered robot has a solar cell that outputs 100mA. The robot stores 
    the charge from the solar cell in a battery. The robot is designed to leap 
    forward 6 inches whenever the charge in the battery reaches 300C. The charge in 
    the battery is completely consumed after each leap. If the battery is initially 
    discharged, how long will it take for the robot to move 10ft if the solar cell 
    is properly illuminated? Give answer in hours.
