A mail reflector (mailgroup) for the class will be established by the beginning of class. It will forward important information about class happenings to you. The mailgroup is how I communicate with you outside the classroom. It can also be used as an interactive forum where you discuss homework problems and solutions. Such usage is encouraged. Another forum for lab issues will be established separately.
Students who register early for ECE112 during the fall term who have ENGR computing accounts are automatically added to the mailgroup. You will receive a notification when you are added to the list.
The mailgroup for ECE112 is: ece112-001-w17@engr.NOSPAM.edu
The name is case sensitive. Replace NOSPAM with orst for proper operation.
If you don't forward mail from whatever account you read your email from, you will not get class emails. See the COE TEACH website to see how to forward email.
If you attempt to post from a non-OSU email address, (like gmail) it will bounce.
